How Do I clear my Browser Cache?

Sometimes clearing your browser cache helps because there is some cookie information stored on your browser. This can cause problems, subsequently clearing the browser cache (sometimes) helps. Its a surprisingly common and safe thing to do.

Good to know: When you clear the cache, it will in most cases “log you out” of some/all websites. Read the instructions in detail.

There are many different phones and types of software that can be used to access UNISA. In general Chrome and Firefox are recommended. If your browser is not in the list, please search on the internet.

You can also press “Shift+F5”, this will usually reload the page completely. (In order to be safe, I do it three times in a row)
